Sonia Vora is a global HR and strategy executive, keynote speaker and champion for human potential.

As former Chief Human Resources Officer at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, she has led people and culture strategies for teams around the world, helping leaders navigate complexity while staying grounded in purpose and impact.
